Built by a student who turned a passion for computers into a professional service, backed by real certifications, real projects, and a relentless drive to keep learning.
Vincenzo J. Turcotte
Founder & Lead Technician
I'm a student with a genuine love for computers, from the raw hardware inside a custom build to the code that makes software tick. Shop Tech Support started as a way to help people around me who were frustrated with tech problems and couldn't afford big repair shop prices.
Since then, it has grown into a real service with a support ticketing system, professional tooling, and certifications from Harvard and Florida Atlantic University. This summer I'm pursuing CompTIA A+, with Network+ and Security+ coming senior year.
Every ticket that comes through this site gets personal attention. No scripts. No runaround. Just real help.

The learning doesn't stop here. Below is the planned certification roadmap — each one a step toward becoming a fully credentialed IT professional.
The industry-standard certification for PC hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting — the foundation of IT support.
Covers networking concepts, infrastructure, operations, and security. Essential for understanding how systems communicate and how to keep them connected.
Core cybersecurity concepts — threat detection, risk management, cryptography, and compliance. Required for many IT roles and government positions.
